Just went for a 45 minute workout, ran on the treadmill for 15 minutes, then went on the bike thingy for 15 minutes, then lifted weights for another 15 minutes. Granted my legs and arms feel like noodles, and my shins and thighs burn like hell, its all good, cause I feel amazing, I feel re-energized as if I’m ready for anything. Nothing can bring me down now-not even my evil step-monster.
I will have an amazing bikini body for xmas break in Australia!!!!
